LIFE 2014-2020:
The program aims to support specific projects of innovation for environmental sustainability in the following areas: water recycling, waste management, optimizing the use of raw materials, soil protection, environment and health, improving air quality management of the noise. The partnership is not mandatory (it abroad, it Italian) but is suggested the presence of actors belonging to the public sector as well as to the industrial world. The size of the projects should reach about 1.5 million € cost. The co-financing covers 60% of European sunk costs. Every year it published a call.

SME INSTRUMENT HORIZON 2020:
Program dedicated to SMEs that have innovative projects “close to market” of great impact in the chain of European reference. The partnership is not mandatory (it abroad it Italian). The co-financing covers 70% of European sunk costs. The size of the projects should reach around € 1 million of costs (from € 700 000 to max € 3,000,000). The notices are published with four deadlines per year. Every two years the thematic priorities on which to develop the project idea change.

COSME:
Funding program at subsidized rates through EIB funds (European Investment Bank) and EIF (European Investment Fund) for research and innovation projects and technology transfer. The credit amount varies depending on the type of project and the characteristics of the applicant but can reach up to 25 million €.

FAST TRACK TO INNOVATION HORIZON 2020:
Funding call for collaborative projects with from three to five participants (mainly belonging to Industry and Academia) of at least three different countries (link to Eligible Countries). The projects can belong to any technology field but should be innovative (“close to market”) and high impact in the European and/or worldwide supply chain reference.
